✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using FinWorkar, you agree to these Terms.
👥 2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Login is performed exclusively through Google Sign‑In; no phone number or OTP is required in this version.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and for all activity under your FinWorkar profile.
- We store only your name, email address and (if available) profile photo from Google.
🔑 3. License
FinWorkar grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
👤 4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
- Do not post harassment, illegal, or spam content
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
🚫 5. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
📝 6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you post. However, you grant FinWorkar permission to display your content within the app.
⚠️ 7. Limitation of Liability
FinWorkar is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
🛡️ 8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinWorkar against claims arising from your usage of the app.
⚖️ 9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Sakti, Chhattisgarh.

- ✅ Open the FinWorkar app
- 📱 Tap on Profile from bottom navigation
- 🛠️ Scroll down and tap Help & Support
- ✍️ Fill in:
- Title – short subject line
- Explain the problem – describe your issue
- 📤 Tap the Submit button
