📘1) दायरा व परिभाषाएँ (Scope & Definitions)
- Employer (Caller): जो काम करवाना चाहता है
- Worker (Pro): जो सेवा देता है
- In‑App Call (VoIP/UID): FinWorkar के अंदर सुरक्षित कॉल; असली नंबर छुपे रहते हैं
- Protected Interaction: केवल in‑app कॉल/चैट व ऐप के जरिए हुई सहमति
Note: FinWorkar facilitator है; सेवा की शर्तें/क्वालिटी employer‑worker आपस में तय करते हैं।
🧭2) Protect का मतलब
- Protect का फोकस safety, privacy और policy‑enforced communication पर है।
- Price, scope और timing कॉल के दौरान साफ‑साफ तय करें।
- Off‑app नंबर शेयर/डील पर यह नीति लागू नहीं होती।
📞3) Conversation Guidelines (Employer के लिए)
- Payment clear करें: charges, visiting, material कौन लाएगा
- Work scope decide: repair या replacement, क्या‑क्या शामिल
- Time & availability: कब आ सकते हैं, कितना समय लगेगा
- Extra/hidden costs: transport/visiting/extra काम; जरूरी हो तो लिखित पुष्टि/रसीद कौन देगा
- Safety: personal number शेयर ना करें; केवल ऐप के अंदर कॉल/बुकिंग पूरी करें
Pre‑call tip: “Charges, Scope, Timing पहले ही confirm करें. Mobile number share ना करें.”
In‑call footer: “Payment, Scope, Timing confirm करना ना भूलें.”
🔐4) Safety & Privacy Rules (No‑Leakage)
- Real mobile number शेयर strictly prohibited
- Title/description/chat में number, WhatsApp, QR, email, external links मना
- Images पर printed numbers/QR auto‑flag
- Off‑app मिलने/बात पर ज़ोर देना policy के ख़िलाफ़

- केवल in‑app call/chat का उपयोग करें
- गाली‑गलौज, धमकी, hate speech, harassment मना
- Pricing/scope को app thread में लिखित रखें
- Arrival/delay/cancellation app thread में inform करें
🛠️6) Issues & Resolution (Self‑Resolve First)
- Quality/काम के issues employer–worker बात‑चीत से clear करें
- Safety/policy violations (e.g., number share, abuse) report कर सकते हैं; FinWorkar policy action ले सकता है
- FinWorkar service outcome का guarantor नहीं; हम safety & policy‑enforcement पर focus करते हैं

- Detection: number‑pattern mask, image OCR/QR scan, link filter, “WhatsApp/DM/call this number” flags
- Penalty ladder: Warning → Feature limits → Temporary suspension → Permanent ban (severe/fraud/unsafe)
🏅8) Reputation & Badges
- Ratings/reviews केवल in‑app completed interactions से count
- Badges (उदाहरण): Top Nearby Pro, On‑time Pro, 10+ Protected Jobs, 99% OTP
- Fake/rapid reviews → throttle/manual check
🧭9) Discovery & Retention
- Nearby feed में Top‑3 liked workers को 🔥 badge के साथ highlight
- Rehire button completion के बाद + worker profile में
- Smart reminders: “वही worker को दोबारा बुलाओ…”
- Cashback/coins केवल in‑app completed interactions पर (अगर enabled हो)

- Off‑app number sharing or deals are outside this policy.
📞3) Conversation Guidelines (for Employers)
- Clarify payment: charges, visiting fees, who brings materials
- Define scope: repair vs replacement, what’s included
- Time & availability: when can you come, how long will it take
- Extra/hidden costs: transport/visiting/extra tasks; if needed, who provides a written confirmation/receipt
- Safety: do not share personal numbers; complete calls/booking inside the app

🔐4) Safety & Privacy Rules (No‑Leakage)

- Insisting on off‑app meeting/calls is against policy
